This Refund Policy is applicable to users who have purchased digital products from Prime Book (operated by Prime Book).
Due to the nature of digital products (instant download/access), we generally do not offer refunds once the Google Drive link has been accessed or the digital content has been delivered.
If you have been charged twice for a single transaction, or if you encounter technical issues preventing accessing the library, please contact us immediately at support@primebook.in for a resolution.
In approved cases (such as duplicate payments or non-delivery of service), refunds will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
